Permenter Atelier is an artist studio focused on producing creative and social experiences. Our services include creative workshops, professional photography, as well as bespoke event planning, all centering tailored artistry and client care. Through our range of offerings, we hope to both showcase local artistry and serve our community in memorable, meaningful ways.

Meet the Team

We are Kingsley and Tia Permenter. We share a deep love for art, creativity and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Kingsley holds a Fine Art degree from NDSU and has a diverse background in 3D art, photography, printmaking, logistics, hospitality, and creative consultation. Tia is a working artist primarily focused on painting, but also trained in design, writing, and printmaking. In addition, Tia has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality and service industry, with past positions in event planning, mixology, and restaurant management.

This unique blend of creative vision and meticulous attention to detail enables Tia to deliver exceptional care and personalized service to her clients.

    Kingsley holds a Fine Art degree from North Dakota State University (NDSU) and brings a diverse background spanning 3D art, photography, and printmaking. Alongside his artistic expertise, he has extensive experience in logistics, hospitality, and creative consultation. His big-picture thinking and unique ability to forge meaningful connections through design distinguish his work and elevate his artistry.

Together, we bring a wealth of experience in studio art practice, event management, and customer service.
